NEARIMeet and inaugural VPAR SIG meeting

We are delighted to announce the forthcoming meeting of the Network for Educational Action Research in Ireland (NEARIMeet) which will take place online on 24 April 2020.

The NEARIMeet will take place virtually from 10.00 am to 12.30 pm approx. Places may be booked by contacting us at info@eari.ie .

We are also delighted to announce our participation in the new ESAI Special Interest Group.

The SIG is called Values Based Practitioner Action Research (VPAR) (see http://esai.ie/sigs-2020/ )and it will be an extension of NEARI. The SIG will be a forum for action researchers and those who teach action research. The SIG recognises, supports or promotes research that is grounded in the researcher’s values. In VPAR we encourage those interested in practitioner research to engage in dialogue and help each other to demonstrate the rigour, validity and authenticity of their research. If you would like to join the VPAR SIG, please fill in the application form or contact us at info@eari.ie .

The first SIG meeting will take place online on 24 April 2020 at 10.00 am, alongside the Spring NEARIMeet. Contact us at info@eari.ie to book a seat.
